Sales Meeting have important function

Sales meeting is a medium of communication that most important to your company's front lines. Sales meetings can be used for:
• Informing the sales staff about the direction and the latest company policies.
• Introduce and explain new products (product training).
• Informing the sales staff about the promotion and marketing programs latest.
• Informing the sales staff about the latest incentive program.
• Giving the opportunity for salespeople to interact with each other (and introducing a new salesperson to the team).
• For the Sales Manager, to inform the salesperson's performance in last week.
• For the Sales Manager, to inform or motivate the salesperson about the expected performance in the coming weeks.
• Forum for salespeople to exchange their ideas and manage to overcome the difficulties that arise in the field.

Most important, this is a forum to motivate your front line, the main income source of your company.
